WOW. I can’t believe that in just 12 days I will be boarding a plane and leaving behind my home for 11 entire months!
I have made it to the $6,500 mark to be able to launch, and I want to thank everyone who has supported me and helped get me this far!! God is so good, and I am in awe of how much he has blessed me through all of you!
Although I have met the 2nd deadline, packing for a year is a huge challenge, and I am still working on acquiring all of the necessities for this journey!
There are some specific items that I am still in need of, so if anyone has any of these things that they no longer need and would like to send my way, I would be so grateful!! But if not, would you please pray that the Lord would provide the following?:
- sleeping bag (rated for 35 degrees)
- camera
- rain jacket
- anti-malarial pills
- memory cards & flash drives
- external hard drive
- voltage & outlet converters
- airporter
- watch
Although coming up with all of these things in less than 2 weeks seems a bit overwhelming to me, I’m trusting he will provide!! The Lord has shown his faithfulness over and over, incredibly and miraculously, and I truly believe he will continue to do so. 🙂 Thanks everyone!
