eleven facts about myself in spirit of my eleven months on the road:
- Grey is my favorite color. Yes, grey is a color. I back this up by pointing out that it is a crayon. What more proof do I need?
- I graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a degree in General Ministry and Bible in December 2014.
- I am from Louisville, Kentucky. Go Cards!
- Canoeing is one of my favorite things to do.
- I am a joke telling master – or at least a joke repeater master.
- I love looking at clouds and making up stories from what I see. Having a “creative mind” really comes in handy with that activity.
- I would love to eventually get my master’s degree in international development or affairs.
- Greek is my favorite cuisine. I would take a gyro and baklava over almost anything any day. That stuff is delicious.
- I haven’t been everywhere, just around the Midwest and to Northern Ireland. But it is certainly on my list. (that’s a paraphrase of a quote by someone that I don’t know. sounds good though, right?)
- I really, really, really love youth ministry. Middle schoolers are the absolute best – old enough for sarcasm and big words but young enough to still think I’m super cool.
- I am SO EXCITED for July to get here. I’m not excited to learn to cope and then effectively deal with all the bugs… not at all.
I love you all. I really do. Jesus does too. That’s pretty amazing, if you ask me.
