Although we’ve
been working very hard at the orphanage for the last couple weeks, Roger’s made
sure we’ve had plenty of time to play as well. Here are some pictures from our many
adventures in Buriram.
Visit to the elephant park. We watched the
little circus show, then got to ride!

Silk weaving village – Amazingly detailed
work all done by hand

We spend way too much time in the back of
the truck!

This past week we’ve tackled some serious
projects around the orphanage including deep cleaning as many rooms in the
house as possible, plumbing projects (thank you Clinton), yard work (yeah Jon),
and intense manual tree removal in the backyard (Ginger and Eric are
amazing…they’ve done it all with nothing but a machete!) I didn’t think to take
any “before” shots, but here’s a look at what things look like now.

dump point.

We’ll be leaving Buriram on Sunday to meet
back up with all the other teams in Bangkok.
We’ve had a great time here at the orphanage, and I’m excited to see which
future World Race teams have the privilege of coming here and working with
these wonderful kids! Much Love!
