This is a post that is long overdue. I’m not sure if anyone actually reads this blog anymore but that’s okay.
I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU- to anyone and everyone who has supported me this year. Whether it was financially, through prayer, or encouragement, thank you. Doing this trip was something that I never in my wildest imagination thought would happen. I’m still so blown away by the generosity I received and the ways God literally divinely intervened and provided. So crazy and amazing.
It is so hard to sum up a year like this. It was both the best and hardest year in ways. I was able to see things I know so many people never experience- to actually see those “starving kids in Africa” who wear the same dirty clothes every day, or the countless people living in slums made of plastic or aluminum. But I also saw things that made me hopeful- like being able to share the Gospel with so many villages and people who had never heard it throughout Asia! Or to see kids in Swaziland getting hot meals every day and street kids brought home. It wasn’t always easy or fun, but I 100% have no regrets about doing it. God is good.
