3 years of school, 2 months of studying, 3 days of testing and 4 months of waiting. This Friday, I find out if it was all worth it. If I fail to pass the test this time around, I won’t be able to retake it until February 2011. By that time, however, I will have probably forgotten everything I learned in law school and my previous bar studying. Thus, I really need all of your prayers that I will pass it the first time! The bar passage rate for the California bar exam last time the test was administered (February) was around 33%. Although I am not certain I will be using my law degree, I would definitely prefer to have the option open when I get back from my mission trip. I really don’t want to be stressed out during this trip thinking I need to retain legal knowledge and make critical decisions about my future career. I would strongly prefer to have my sole focus be on the tasks at hand and the people surrounding me.
So please pray for me that I will pass the exam the first try! Results come out at 6pm PST. Thanks guys!
