Ok so wow, Thailand…it went way too fast. I’m going to TRY
to summarize the month. There was such a variety of ministries this month and
they all tied together! This ministry contact, Emmi, is super creative.

Mornings: university. Building relationships with the
students and inviting them to the coffee shop. In my last blog, I had a video
about the “hazing” that the seniors do to the freshman…so funny! Loved it πŸ™‚
and then I was in a noodle eating contest with my teammate Joel. We ate a grand
total of 17 plates in 15 minutes! We tied for 1st. wow, such a fun time at the
university!! So many new friends and so many great memories!!

At the coffee shop, I talked to soooo many people! It was a
great time building relationships with students from the university. I also had
many different ‘hair styles’…let’s just say, it was a great time and the people
loved my crazy personality πŸ™‚ and the
food at the coffee shop was amazing!

Then the slums: it was so much FUN playing with the kids! We
actually found a Compassion International teaching room! That was SO COOL! It
was good to see how the slums are being reached.

Then bar ministry. I have SOOOO
much to say, but I’m going to try and keep this short. My job at the bar was to
talk to the men and the lady boys and also show the women what a real man [a
man of God] really is. Also, showing them that we can have fun, clean fun.
The girls on our
team brought freedom to two women!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you kiddin?! So this story is too complicated
for lil old Brent to try and explain. So here is my teammate, Emily’s blog: http://emilytuttle.theworldrace.org/?filename=she-has-a-dream This
is an 8 or 9 part blog, but it is soooooo gooooood! there are SO MANY God things
that happened. By the way: There is no
way it could be a coincidence…because there were too many coincidences on
coincidences that it’s not possible…haha.
Like…it’s overwhelming to try and
explain it on this blog. Thailand in itself was overwhelming.

The place where we lived was amazing. The food was amazing.
The people were amazing.  The markets
were amazing and so creative. Like, legit…there is so much to say! Ahhhh! Yeah,
good stuff in Thailand. I loved speaking English to EVERYONE!! πŸ˜€
Ugh, there is so much to say, but I’m not going to bore you with details…just
know that it was an AMAZING month!! Ok fine, real quick: 4 other things
1. We lived with another team for about 2 weeks and they were so amazing! They had
a very awesome interpreter too ^.^ (Boy…you’re awesome!)
2. We went to a ‘sick home’ for one day and it was soooo much fun!! LOVED IT!!
3. We had “Real-lifers” with us this month and they were so amazing!! I think
all 5 of them had a great time πŸ™‚
4. Our interpreter, On, is so great!!

ahhh! I met so many people and had such a great time!! This month of ministry was
really good πŸ˜€ So many divine appointments!!!
Legit…maybe I should just copy my journal entries everyday…haha
