Hey there,
So my squad is currently in Nicaragua! We arrived on November 4th and spent a few days in Granada for squad debrief to process our first month together as a squad. I fell in love with that city. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was a good time to reflect on our first couple of weeks. 
After debrief we all piled into a school bus with all of our bags and headed to our ministry site. This month all of my squad is living together in the same compound. Its a really cool opportunity to live together in such intentional community and do ministry together. Our ministry is going to be doing a lot of door to door evangelism, speaking life into the local villages, and visiting churches every Sunday. This past Sunday I helped with the children’s Sunday school. It is so cool to visit churches that are filled with the Lord and to see how we are all on the same journey as people living in a different culture.
Saturday was our first day off, and we got to spend the evening watching the sunset over the ocean. It was a very refreshing day filled with a lot of laughter and joy.
