Here’s a fun fact.
157 people viewed my latest blog post. That’s cool. That’s awesome. Never in a million years, did I expect so many people to be invested in this journey I’m on.
157 people. That is a lot of people. Let’s break down a little of what can be done with those people.
If every one of those people donated $15, I would surpass my current financial deadline.
If every one of those people donated $54, I would be fully funded.
Now that is cool.
So this is what’s up. I need to hit $10,000 in two weeks. I am $1,886 away. If I don’t, I will not be able to launch with my squad in October. Now I am the first to admit that is a lot of money. It scares me a little. I don’t like asking for help, I especially don’t like asking for money. But I have a big God backing me up.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7
So here’s what I am asking.
- Prayer. Whats great about praying is it doesn’t cost anything. Free is my favorite price. I am asking prayer for my team and squad. There are a lot of injuries and sickness looming over my squad. Please also pray for the financial side of things. I am not the only one who is fundraising, so if you could pray for the squad to all meet the deadlines.
- Donate! I am not asking you to give something you don’t have. Every dollar counts. Can you sacrifice Starbucks for a week? How about hold off on buying those new shoes?
