Wow, it has been a while since I was last on here. Since my last post, I can honestly say that I have been working my butt OFF. Doing fundraisers, making calls, and getting a job has led to an extremely busy past two months but these events do not excuse me not being able to keep you all informed on how I am doing so I apologize for that. So I ask for your forgiveness on that one. But lets get to work!

So since my last post I have added a lot of money to my grand total and my money counter thing has been inching forward. Whether it’s commitments, actual checks, or even me sending in the cash from my new job, the money is there.

As of right now, there is “officially” about $6421 in my account. However, there are three individuals (you know who you are) who have come forward and said, “We are going to give this much. Just give me the time to raise it.” This total equals $4100. Is this wise in counting this money toward my grand total? Usually I would say no, but given the credibility and relationships I have with these people, I take their word for what it is, because I have such a good relationship with them and so I count it toward my grand total. If these people where anyone else then I would not have counted it.

So as stated earlier, I “officially” have $6421 or so, and another $4100 in commitments that might as well be in my account which brings my grand total to a whopping $10,521.

This whole fundraising thing has been exhausting. Amazingly awesome! But exhausting nonetheless. Like dang. It’s been a toughie. However, I keep on rolling on. I am praying that I will be able to be fully funded by the end of next month, and by the looks of it, I think this goal is more than likely going to happen. For the rest of the summer I will be doing fundraisers outside of my local Walmart, at Farmer’s Markets, and I even consider my job a never ending fundraiser. Every cent I get goes straight into my World Race account and I am looking forward to just being done with the whole fundraising thing shortly.

I just want to thank you all though for all you guys have done. It literally takes a freaking huge community to send out a person to do something like missionary work for a year, and boy have you guys done an amazing job at assisting me. Without your guys help, theres no way I am here, even considering on leaving in January, or anything. You guys have gone above and beyond the call of what I ask everytime I ask, and I am blown away at everything you guys do for me and with me. I am in complete and total awe of you all and you have no idea just how appreciative I am of you guys. God, bless these people! You guys have donated to allow God work in amazing ways that none of us can even possibly fathom and this next year is going to be a journey for not only me but you all as well. Thank you all so much!

So for the individuals reading this and thinking “Okay, how do I join in on this thing and help this goofy lookin’ kid?” fret not. If you are wanting to assist me in any way, even if it’s not actual money being donated, feel free to get ahold of me. There are literally a hundred ways that you can give and I would be wildly appreciative!

Wanna help me get gear for my trip? Hit me up.
Wanna help me gain weight for my trip so I dont lose it all when I get there (apparently diareha is a doozy until you can get used to the food in these other countries)? Hit me up.
Wanna just donate to my trip? Click the “Support Me!” button under my money counter thing at the top and donate in either monthly instalments or just one lump sum.

Again, I just want to thank you all again, and I look forward to writing personal thank you letters and sending them out in the coming two days (Im sorry they havent been written sooner but like I said, dang have I been busy).

Pat yourselves on the back and always see yourselves as I see you, which is an amazing person because you are allowing God to use you for a great thing like assisting in spreading the gospel, God’s love, and also giving hope to the hopeless. So thank you again for all you guys do and God bless!
