I know, I know, it has been forever since you have been updated. Believe it or not, the internet around the world kind of stinks. So, here is the skinny. When we left Kenya it was sad. We were with some pretty incredible people of God. But that is the race and it was time to move on. We spent 2 days in Jinja, Uganda where I went white water rafting on the Nile River. Let me tell you something, if you want to experience the power of God, go rafting on the Nile River. I mean really. He is so big. Now we are in Busia, Uganda and I’m just going to hit on the basics for this blog. We are staying in the home of one of our church members. They are taking care of us very well. Though by no fault of their own, Ugandan food is not agreeing with any of us. We all feel pretty terrible after a meal haha. We wake up every morning to the soulful sounds of goats bleating and babies wailing. When I say wailing, I mean the most annoying whining you have ever heard. Talk about wake up calls. The program of things to do involve preaching, which I have already done once and am goin’ again this weekend, door-to-door calls, hospital visits, school ministry, and street children ministry. This month is most definitely one that I will not forget. My next blog is going to be a bit more challenging. Soak it up.
