Before you begin reading this post, I
want you to have an open heart to receive what the Lord is speaking through me
to America. Seriously, pray right now for an open heart.

Now
that you are ready to hear this, I want you to know that Jesus loved Adam
Lanza.

He
loved everything about Adam.

He
just loved him, plain and simple.

How
could Jesus ever love someone that did such horrible things to so many people?

He
just loves.

He
loves everyone because He took the pain of our sin on the cross.

It
breaks my heart to see the way media and America in general have condemned the
Lanza family.

How some
have continually stated, “Adam Lanza can rot in Hell.”

I
myself see it all over facebook, twitter, and the media.

Everyone
could be right; he very well may be in Hell right now.

BUT…

Where
is the love America?

Where
is the love?

Have
you never heard of the love that our Father in Heaven gives?

Jesus loved Adam Lanza.

He
loved him right up until the moment Adam took his own life.

He
even loved him after.

He
loved him when He met Adam face-to-face at the gates of Heaven.

Why?

My God is a forgiving God.

Jesus
paid the price for our sins on the cross.

The
Lord loves his children.

Every single person that walks on this
earth is a child of God; whether they recognize it or not.

Why
are you cursing a man to rot in Hell?

Why
don’t you see him through the Father’s eyes?

Adam
Lanza was broken.

Adam
Lanza wanted more.

Adam
Lanza needed Jesus.

Adam
Lanza in his sin, killed many people.

In
the Bible there were murderers, adulterers, etc. that went on to be some of the
greatest disciples.

They were the very people that God used
to share of His love.

We
all have a past that tells of the story of who we were, but then of who we are
now.

We
all have sinned.

We
all have needed Jesus’ forgiveness.

We
all have wanted more out of life.

We
have all been broken.

Who
are we to send curses on the survivors of the Lanza family?

Who
are we to say that God does not love them?

Who
are we to say that God cannot redeem their story?

If I am the one and only person to stand
up and fight for Ryan Lanza, his father, and the rest of his family, then so be
it.

But if I am the only
Christ follower to stand up and show the Lanza family love, then there is
something wrong here.

My heart breaks for Ryan.

For
media miscommunicating to the world about him being the killer, versus his
brother.

Within
ten minutes of Ryan’s name being released as the suspected murderer, he had
2,000 shares of his facebook profile picture.

Each
person spoke hatred over Ryan for the things that he had supposedly done.

All
over the world, people saw Ryan’s face and spoke hate into his life.

He’s
still living.

He’s
alive right now.

And
my God loves him.

There
is no shame on Ryan or his family.

There
is no condemnation in Jesus’ name.

Their
family has been redeemed by the blood of Christ.

What are you going to do America?

Continue
wishing the Lanza family to Hell…

Or
are you going to start praying for the hurt and pain their family is going through
from one person’s sin?

I
don’t want my heart to be misconstrued in this blog.

I
want you to know my heart breaks for the families and for the victims.

I’m
praying comfort and peace over America.

I’m
praying for God’s glory to shine through this tragic event.

I’m
praying for families to run into my Savior’s arms knowing that they are not
guaranteed tomorrow.

I’m
praying for you there reading this blog, that God would show you how much He
loves you despite your past.

America,
I’m praying for you.

Lanza
family, I’m praying for you.

Connecticut,
I’m praying for you.

Who will you be praying for?
