Tonight, God really spoke straight to my heart.

Team Isha and Team OIL (I’m on OIL) were having a worship
night.

While “Set A Fire” by Will Reagan and The United Pursuit
Band was playing, my sister Lynsey Dawson, shared that God is rejoicing with us when we sing this
song.  That He is smiling down on us from
Heaven at our outward worship to Him.

In the midst of worshipping, God told me that He delighted in hearing my voice!

For me, that’s a BIG deal.

I never made choir way back in 5th grade.

I have been called out by my friends that I do not have a
good singing voice.

I’ve struggled with singing loudly for fear of judgement.

BUT…

My God DELIGHTS in hearing my voice.

It does not matter what others think about my singing voice.

My God is rejoicing that I am praising Him.

Psalm 100: 1-2 says…

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

God said make a
joyful noise, He didn’t say it had to sound pretty.

Seriously though…

He delights in hearing
us sing praises to Him

He delights in hearing
our heart cries.

He delights in hearing
our voices praying to Him.

He delights in hearing
about our every thought.

OUR GOD WANTS TO HEAR FROM US.

Wednesday – Thursday of this week, one of the girls at the
orphanage, Rossemary was having seizures about every two hours.

Some background on Rossemary’s
story…

Rossemary, 11 years old, has been at the orphanage since she was 3 and when
she came here she had seizures that lasted 20 minutes each time. About the time
that the nannies would take her to the hospital, the end of her seizure came.
Rossemary has been on medication since being here at the orphanage. Maureen,
the orphanage director, and others had been praying for epilepsy to be gone
from this orphanage. Before Wednesday, it had been TWO YEARS since Rossemary had
a seizure.

A few of us world racers went into her bedroom and started
praying over her for healing.

We were proclaiming that she was healed in Jesus’ Name.

We started shouting declarations that she is a child of the
most High God who has the entire world in His hands.

It has been about 48 hours since we prayed that prayer.

Rossemary has yet to
have a single seizure since then.

PRAISE BE TO GOD, THE ULTIMATE HEALER!!!

I was asking one of the Nannies tonight about whether or not
Rossemary has had a seizure since we prayed for her and she said no and that
the next time she is sick we must pray for healing over her.

My Father
delights in hearing my voice!

God wanted us to intervene on His behalf in laying hands on
Rossemary.

God wanted to hear from us.

God wanted us to talk to Him.

He really does care about you!

He really does want to know your heart!

He really does want to show you His love!

He really does want to heal your hearts!

He really does want to hear from you!

He really does DELIGHT IN YOU!
