Hey Everyone! Life is crazy! I’ve been running around for the past couple weeks trying to visit people and prepare for the Race. I am currently in Seattle, WA spending some good time with my older sister and brother-in-law and their 2-yr-old son, Noah. It is good to see them and It’s gonna be hard to be away from them for a year. However, when The Alpha and The Omega, the Creator of the Universe, has called me by name to go into the nations and leave behind what I have, I must deny myself, take up my cross, and follow Him. Which leads me to the point of this blog.
CALLING ALL SUPPORTERS OF THE WORLD RACE, IN PRAYER, IN LOVE, AND NEEDS:
My Team Leader, Lindsay Heston, is in DIRE NEED of financial support! She needs to raise $8,500 in the next two weeks in order to go with us to Manila on September 28th! To some, this is huge and unreachable. We call those “some” the “unfaithful.” Folks, with YOUR help and desire to lift up the nations in Jesus Christ, Lindsay can go on this trip. She needs anything and everything she can get at this point and I am coming to YOU on her behalf asking that you keep this team together. I already mentioned that The Lord has called me by name to go on this trip, and He has also called Lindsay and the rest of Team Karis to go and make disciples of the nations. And without Lindsay with us from day 1, our team would not be as strong and effective. Please do what you can to keep our family together so that Our Father in Heaven can be glorified.
