Below is a video that Andrew and I made of our last 5 weeks of ministry in Swaziland. It’s a better summary of the month than what I can put here in words.

We’re currently having debrief in South Africa and will leave for our next country Tuesday. We will either be going to Botswana or Mozambique. One of the June teams will go to Nsoko, Swaziland and continue the ministry where we left off this last month. A lot has happened with me personally during these last two days of debrief. I’m loving debrief because I feel like I’m being poured into by the leaders and pushed personally in different areas. It has also given me time away from Swaziland to evaluate the last 5 weeks we spent doing ministry there. You can read specifics about what God’s been showing me in Be (Part 1) and Be (Part 2). I know I’ve been bombarding you all with blogs the last week but we only had two 10-minute sessions of internet use the last month- the blogs have been piling up. Hopefully I’ll be able to post more regularly next month but no promises.

Also, I feel I should tell you that because of a need for a guy to be on each team, they have switched people around. There are many countries and cultures we’ll be going into where the people simply won’t listen to a team of women. Right or wrong, that’s the way it is. Having a guy on our team will enable us to go to more places and reach more people than we currently can. It’s also safer in many of these places to have a male around. We were blessed in Swazi to be with Team Salt, which has two guys on it, and in addition God provided a night guard for us. However, that may not be a possibility everywhere we go.

So, us girls are staying the same on Team Lego but we have now adopted Silas. It’s fitting seeing how he named our team to begin with. We’re really excited to have him on our team but we all know it will be hard to be the only male on a team with 6 women. Actually, all 4 of our guys will be the only male on a team of women. Please pray with us that God will provide men as contacts, friends, etc in each country for them. Please pray also for our whole team, as some people are shaken up by the change since we’ve already bonded as teams.

Thank you for your continued support, comments, emails, etc. It means more to me than you can know. If you’ve written me an email and I haven’t responded, I’m sorry and I’m working on it. I’ll get back to you soon.
