Faith is substance of things unseen yet hoped for.  This is where I am trying to live…. I am
having a difficult time some moments with the lack of support we have raised at
this point in time.  We have really
increased the amount of effort and time we are putting into our support
campaign.  I believe that God has already
deposited over $27,000 into our Kingdom Bank Account.

However, I find myself now waiting for heaven to invade
earth.  When Jesus
taught us to pray He
said, “In this manner, therefore, pray:… Your
kingdom
come. Your will be done On earth asit is in heaven.”  Therefore, I must
believe that if my heavenly
bank account is full then my earthly account
will be full soon.  God is teaching me that I must cling to the things
unseen
parts of life. I bet you are
asking yourself, “what does he mean?”

Here are two scriptures to give you an idea of where I am
coming from.

Hebrews 11:1  Now faith
is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of
those who diligently seek Him.

It is clear to me that there are things in this world that
we can not see.  Look at gravity for
example, although you can not see gravity it is one of the most important
aspects of life.  Without it we would
cease to exist for infinite obvious reasons.  I believe the same logic holds true with the
spiritual realm.  I would even postulate
an increased importance on the things unseen in the Spiritual realm.  Truly, it would be impossible to believe in
God if you only focused on the things seen.
Consequently, we must learn to cling in faith… not by sight but to stand
firm in the belief that God is there and is truly for us.

If we are able to
stretch our minds around the idea of God then we should also be pliable

to the
possibility that God loves us!  Hebrews
discusses that without faith it is impossible
to please God.  I see an illustration when I hear this
scripture.  I see a small child clinging
to their parents hand as the wander around aimlessly.  The child is not paying any attention
to
where they are going, they only know a blind trust in their parent.  The child knows the
mystery of the shiny
light they see off in the distance, and they also know the comfort of
the denim
resting in their palm.  I believe that
God desires we have that same mentality.
I believe that He wants us to walk with one hand in His and with our
eyes focused ahead
on the things unseen.

I am choosing to cling to the fact that God is a rewarder of
those that diligently seek Him.  I am
choosing to believe that God not only has given me money, bit is going to give
me more!  I admit that I have struggles
with faith, I believe but Father forgive me in my unbelief.  Please pray for Erika and I that we will
continue to believe in God as we draw nearer to our launch!
