This Month I am Kathmandu, Nepal and we are working with Asha Nepal! Asha Nepal is a ministry where they rescue women who are involved in sex-trafficking and provides the women a home for the women and their children! The home has around 35 children living there 12 boys and the rest are girls!

There are three unique things about this ministry! One this is a ministry where they want the women and the children to know about Jesus but not all of them are Christians. Some of the people at Asha House are Hindu. We have the amazing opportunity to share the love of Jesus to unbelievers at our ministry site! Many of the ministries I have partnered with on the Race have mostly all believers to the best of my knowledge and we had to go into the villages or the city to minister to unbelievers! This month the unbelievers are in our backyard! Sometimes on the World Race our group has to create our own ministry! This is one of those months for me on the Race! Our contacts at Asha House said to us Be Free! We can do whatever The Lord leads us to do for ministry! Be in prayer for this for my team and for the other team which is with is which is an all girls team called the Faithful Ones aka F1!

The children have a 15 day break from school because of a Hindu Holiday here in Nepal so we have the children all day from October 7- October 20! We are planning to share God’s love by putting on Summer Camp days for the children! We are going to have movies, go to the pool, play soccer, go hiking, devotions, man’s day, women’s day and so on!

Some of the girls are going to minister to the women who live at Asha House! Pray for relationships to be formed and for the Gospel to be shared to everyone here at Asha!

Jay on my team had to have his appendix removed on October 2 here in Nepal or this would have ruptured! Thank The Lord this was removed in time! No heavy lifting for 6 weeks for Jay! Pray for his healing process and for God to allow him to minister to others while healing his body!

So I always wanted sisters! I don’t have any but this year God gave me 40 of them at once for this awesome yet crazy World Race 2013! This month with Jay healing from his appendix removal I’m the only 100 percent healthy guy with 15 World Race Women this month! Pray for me to be a good brother and a Godly influence to the women this month.

Last thing is if anyone would like to help me get back home from the World Race you check out my last blog called I May Not Be Able to Fly to help me get home and possibly see Mount Everest here in Nepal! Getting home is my #1 priority!

Thanks so much and God Bless!! Nepal then India then back to America!
