Since God has called me to World Race back in April and my blog being up since May 1st I have enjoyed getting to know my new family Christ has called me to for year of 2013! I have only met one person of my World Race squad in person but I feel like I know many of them personally already without my new family living in Charlotte, NC. I am having new crazy feelings to build community with my new family just like Jesus built community with everyone He came into contact with in his lifetime. I have to admit we have this so much easier now than Jesus did with having Iphones, Ipads, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, email, Instagram, and yes some of us back in May in our group when the route was only 23 people when I join was a thing called oovoo we tried out but was a big fail!!
Most of my new family will admit to y'all they will get random messages from me and they start like this:
- Hey! How are you doing today?! Hope your doing great!!
- Saw your praise today!! Awesome Praise the Lord!!
- Random phone calls to see how they are doing and how's life
- God has even challenged me to spend a few minutes a day praying for my World Race brothers and sisters in the Lord specifically!
Most people would feel weird about talking to random people they have not meet yet in person but for me I feel like they are right beside me in this journey together right now. This so weird but cool at the same!! I have several World Race brothers and sisters who live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Washington (state) and Alaska to name a few of the states where my new family in Christ are located at right now! We are going to come together as one body in Christ to go out and share God's love together with countries in Africa, Central America, and Asia. God choose each and everyone of the 75-80ish young adults on this January 2013 Route 1 and each one of them are created uniquely by God with talents God has given to everyone of them to use them for God's Glory! I think this is pretty dang awesome!! In 49 days we will unite for World Race Training Camp as one body together in Christ and I leave for my first country Kenya in 129 days!! Pray for everyone on my World Race route for protection from being attacked from the enemy who is going at us Pretty Hard trying to bring us down! Pray for everyone to be fully funded so everyone on my squad can go on The World Race!!

Thanks for being so awesome!! I feel the love already with many of this group and so looking forward to meeting many of y'all on October 13th at World Race Training Camp in Georgia! Can't wait to start this new phase of my journey with Christ with you amazing people! Thanks for your support!!
