So I’ve asked the Lord to give me a bestie in every country and he always pulls through. I have always loved making new friends, especially from different cultures and now I get to do it all the time. I have absolutely fallen in love with our friend Maggie. We’re staying in a guest house here in Uganda, and she is our host. Maggie is 27, from Lira, Uganda and she’s won my heart. Her joy, laughter, beauty and servant’s heart is blessing me so much. Each day I greet her with a huge hug, some laughs and we take such a genuine interest in each other. She makes fun of me because I don’t know how to do laundry properly, we had our first movie night (watched Blood Diamond), have yummy lunches, I have already made so many funny memories with her, that I had to tell you about her. It’s not a secret that I want to take her back home with me! I hope to share more about her soon, but just know that I’m having an amazing time with her in her country!
