How can I explain the overwhelming love I’ve stumbled upon this month . . . a love that madly pursues, a love that hopes when it shouldn’t & a love that never, ever walks away. And how can I tell you that there’s really no other option now, I have to have that love in my life forever.
Jesus has relentlessly pursued my heart since Day 1 of Training Camp 3 months ago in Georgia. And now He’s telling me to reciprocate. And follow Him. Anywhere & everywhere. And you know what? I don’t know why He loves me. I don’t know why He wants me. I just know He does.
I don’t know what He’s going to ask me to do this next month in Vietnam. I just know I’m going to do it. I’m going to follow the Love of my life. And you know what? I’m not going to trudge or walk towards Him, I’m going to run with open arms.
Because I’m sure. Sure of this love.
Looking into the breathtakingly gorgeous dark brown eyes of a street kid who’s probably going to pick my pocket, I see Jesus’ love. So I squat down in the mud. I smile. I say hello. I offer my half-eaten ice cream cone. And I want to give him more. I want to give him everything I own.
Because I’m sure. Sure of this love.

I am 67% funded, meaning I need to raise $5,121 by December in order to stay for the entire 11 months. You can give online through my World Race account. You can send a check with my name in the memo section to:
