God gave me a sister while in Albania. She wasn't just any girl. I've met hundreds of them on the race. She was hand picked by God himself, because he knows our needs and he wants to make his children happy. Through out the month God developed our relationship and made it so incredibly special. This video does no justice to our sisterhood, but here is just a short glimpse…… all that I could come up with in the last afternoon we had together.
I love you Emine. I miss you everyday and can't wait until The Lord brings us back together again. Stay strong girl. Keep fighting. I'm fighting with you and for you, even though we are worlds apart! Your story inspires me….. use it! Use it to testify about the love of your father who rescued you from the trenches. Use it to give hope to the rest of the children out there who are still waiting to be seen. You've got the whole world ahead of you. Don't you ever give up. If life is getting too heavy, remember that your sister Bethany is only a plane ride (and a lot of money) away 😉 But hey…. you are worth it!
