As a team, we decided to have our big Kenyan family over for dinner tonight. The theme was Mexican, so the spread included, tortillas, refried beans, meat, salsa, guacamole, dirty rice, cucumber salad, pineapple, and no-bake cookies. In the process of making everything we started doubting if there would be enough food for 15 of us . . . maybe we would only have enough to serve them, and we wouldn’t eat. Well, we had more than enough. It was delicious.
