Born and raised in the mitten! I love this state. live not to far from Detroit. I love the outdoors and being Up North. It has so many beautiful spots to go to. I love my pup as well!
I adorrrre my family and friends. God puts these people in our lives for certain reasons. And I love finding out why! I have 2 awesome sisters (Becca & Denell) and some amazing parents (Gail & Charlie)! I feel pretty crappy sometimes I dont let them know how much I appreciate them. But…I do. And If it wasnt for them I wouldnt be who I am today. Not that thats anything extraorinary lol. But I do love my parents so so much. One day id love to build them a house. Thats definetly a goal of mine. We have a house fyi. Just one where they want one. Perhaps in Alabama? Who knows.
Lets seee….Hobbies? I enjoy cars. I own a mazdaspeed 3, and my flesh wants so badly to drop a ton of $$ (that I dont have at all) into it. But Im holding back and focusing on this trip! Again I love love love going up north in the summer with friends and just realxing and enjoying the great outdoors on our quads, lakes and rivers. I really enjoy TRYING to play my guitar. One day I really wanna write music. Like BAD. Its in there somewhere I hope. Ummmm…coffee. I really enjoy drinking coffee with friends. Also with a good cigar ;). I also love hanging out with all my friends. I've realzide what I have in my friends, a lot of people dont have. I take for granted the excessive hanging out and always having someone to do something with. Esp all them being vital to my life.
Church life….Welp I grew up going to a Catholic school. I grew up with Christian parents. I went to a Christian High School (Taylor Light and Life). My whole life I thankfully wasnt ever very rebelious. I had my temper to make up for it though. And sometimes still do. But It wasnt until high school until I accepted Christ I think. Ive always known about God and "tried tobe good", but it wasnt until high school Junior year I think it was, until I realized I didnt have a relationship with him and I never fully asked him into my life. Since then ive had a lot of friends I naturally clinged to who were amazing people in Christ because I think subconsciously I knew thats what was good for me. I LOVE the friends in my life. I would DIE for any one of them. I could name so many that in all different ways have helped strengthen my relationship with Christ. Just sitting here typing about it, my mind goes crazy with what people have done for me. I love you guys. Man…im just in awe the way God moves and puts people in your life. Esp if your after his heart. And im so excited that this trip is just gonna blow my MINNND with this thought!
Current church…I currently go to Metro South Church in Flat Rock MI. We are in a high school rite now waiting on our building we bought to get finished. But the city doesnt want us there and is trying everything to make us give up. Sorry BUD….aint happenin'! I love my church and our Pastor, Jeremy.
I attend UNITE college ministry on Friday nights and wow….that place has helped me grow SOOO much. Im so blessed tobe apart of this ministry! We've been around for about 2 years now and we started with about 15 of us we are now averaging about 200 college age students….on a FRIDAY NIGHT! Gods got this ;)! Hes moving there for sure.
