Good news! I have reached the December deadline!! Yay! Thank you so much for all of your support and prayers. I couldn’t have done this without you. God is AMAZING and I pray that He blesses each and every one of you.

This week has been interesting. As the launch deadline quickly approaches (January 9th), I can’t help but think of things that I am continually adding to my list. It’s starting to become pretty long. But when I start to become fearful of not completing any of it in time, I’m reminded of God’s timing and His perfect love for me.

Romans 8:28 “And we know that in ALL things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

This is one of my favorite verses and God has been showing me the reality of it each and every day.

This past Sunday my church started a new series called Follow. The topic this week was Glorious Guidance. It was such a good sermon and I encourage you to listen to it by clicking here.

Here are a few things from that sermon that stuck out to me:

1) God’s GUIDANCE + Your FOLLOWING = Supernatural Possibilities

There are a few of us on my squad who are praying for God to do the IMPOSSIBLE. We want to be fully funded before we launch on January 9th. That means that I need $7,891 to be fully funded. I am believing for a Supernatural Possibility. I’m reminded that I serve the one true God who is the ruler of ALL things and that includes money. And I believe that God can do ANYTHING! It may seem like time is running out but He is the keeper of TIME. So I will have faith that God will provide.

2) The wise men were being lead by a star to see Jesus.

– This STAR put them in the presence of God Himself.

When our pastor gave this point I couldn’t help but think of my squad. We all followed the “star” and applied for the World Race. Went to training camp where we encountered the presence of God in wonderful ways. And that was just the beginning.

– The STAR led them on a long journey.

11 months. 11 countries. That’s a long time to be away from family and friends but it’s gonna be worth it.

– The STAR was SPECIFIC in its GUIDANCE.

There are many routes you can choose when signing up for the World Race. My “star” led me to the all Spanish route.

– The STAR led them to follow but gave them limited information.

Sometimes you only get bits and pieces at a time. Which for those of us who like to know every detail, of every second, of every day, it can be a tad bit nerve wrecking.

– The STAR had no respect for national or personal borders.

“God doesn’t respect the borders of this world because He owns it all.” and “God will never control you with borders if you choose to live for Him without borders.” – P.Doug

Do you have BORDERS that limit you from fully following Jesus?

Don’t be afraid to surrender it all to Him. He can do so much more in a moment than we could ever do in a lifetime. Let’s commit to fully following Jesus without borders.

After hearing the sermon that day, this song popped into my head.

“I’ll spend my days… running after Your heart.” I love that part of the song.

Love you all! Thanks for reading.
