| -I eat at least two mangoes a day -I love eating avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes for dinner–because it’s light and fresh. -I drink at least 4 nalgenes every day. (That’s a gallon of water.) It’s getting hard to keep chugging that water. -I love walking around the cities we’re in. -We walk at least 2 miles every day. -I’m a traveler! We’re on the go this month! Traveling from city-to-city seeking out the kingdom as we go. -It’s so hot. -The Lord shows us different ways we can serve and love the people around us on a daily basis–whether it’s stopping to pray for someone on the side of the road or it’s having a conversation with the British guy who’s living in our hostel with us. -The cold showers we take here are actually warm compared with the ones we had to take in Honduras. And I want to stand under the flow of the cold water for hours because it feels so good. -The mosquitoes were terrible. I guess I had sweet blood, because they enjoyed biting me a lot. I really have enjoyed my time so far in Nicaragua. It’s been fun and interesting to see what kinds of adventures the Spirit would take us on every day. And I loved just doing life with my team. I believe that The Lord is calling me to continue my journey with Him in Gainseville, GA at CGA. CGA is the Center for Global Action. Essentially, it’s like a discipleship school through AIM. The Lord’s really awesome. And I love the different journeys He takes me on. |
