Well, I am Rebecca but prefer to be called Becky! I was born and raised in Springfield, MA. I'm not very good at this writing thing so I am just going to share a few things about myself!
1. I have two amazing parents who also happen to be amazing pastors. Thanks to them I grew up in a home that allowed me to fall more in love with Jesus everyday.
2. I have a beautiful younger sister named Rosie who was recently married to a pretty cool guy named Shane and they now lives in Key West.
3. I have a huge family with lots of cousins
4. I am Puerto Rican and I hate beans
5. My favorite season is fall
6. I love sports but I can't play them
7. I LOVE the New England Patriots, the Boston Celtics, and the New York Yankees
8. I love action movies and Pyschological thrillers
9. I do not care much for chick flicks
10. I do not like mexican food
11. I love to cook
12. I need to have at least one cup of coffee a day to survive
13. I majored in Criminal Justice and Psychology but wish I could have majored in Pastoral Theology
14. I attended Southeastern University (just the best Christian college in the nation)
15. I hate the color Pink
16. I love to go on adventures
But most of all I am truly passionate about the Lord and this desire he has put in my heart to help others. I knew from a very young age that I was put on this earth to help all those who are in need. I hope to one day open a center for young people to go to when they are released from juvenile hall and need help getting a job, finishing their education, or just need some love.
God has put in me a desire to join the World Race so I can share his love around the world. I am so excited to see what he has in store for my life. I ask that you join me on this journey as I live out my dream of helping others around the world.
