I have no expectations.
I know my trip will be difficult, demanding, exhausting and incredible. I know I will be challenged; physically and emotionally pushed outside my comfort zone. I know there will be unforeseen trials and tribulations that only God can bring me through. I know that God will lead myself and my team right where we need to be, because we are His servants. That is what we came to be. Like I said in my previous post, He is not here to help me, He is here to work through me to fulfill His plans.
So let Him have the expectations.
For me to have my own can only hinder my open eyes and my willingness to follow in His path.
" 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope. You will call to Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and fid Me when you search for Me with all your heart.' "
