A More Serious Note
Religious Obsticles:
While the constitution gives freedom of religion, the government maintains much control of religious groups and activities. In addition, the Romanian Orthodox Church holds a lot of political power, and is known to oppress the minority groups.

Cultural Obsticles:
-Prostitution and human trafficking
-Poverty resulting in high unemployment and low education

Check out Romania 101 to learn more about what our ministry to combat these obsticles could look like there.
