**disclaimer!**- This list is made by a pre-world racer and has not been tested by a current world racer..
While some women my age are starting a family, I am asking myself, ” So, what country am I going to next?” Therefore, I will be having a web-based gear shower! I have had a few wonderful people ask me what gear I need because they would like to donate an item to be to take around the world. This is a great way to get my supporters directly involved with my missions trip and a reminder to always pray for them as well. I have made a gear list that also includes specific links to the websites that carry it. I searched for the cheapest price possible but when I buy gear I also have to be sure to get a study brand so the gear will last a full year of hard core use. There are little things, big things and in between, but to me, there is nothing big or small about the support you are giving me by donating gear!
If you would like to chose an item, just email, text , call , Facebook, or send me a telegram of the item so I can take it off the needed list! Black is still needed, Red is already bought by another supporter or myself.
The address to send it to is :
2400 Edgemere Road , Big Spring, T.X. 79720
* As a disclaimer, I just want to be honest & mention that it is also most important that I reach my Financial deadlines for the race before buying all of my gear. I could have all of the gear for a year, but without the $16,961, I won’t be able to spread the Light the whole 11 months.*
Through my Job that God has blessed me with, I am able to start paying for gear! YAY! But, I gladly appropriate any donations for gear still (: I will name the donor by the item… if there is no name, I bought it.
Without further or do,THE LIST

Clothes
Clothing is a little hard to buy for, but I would always love Gift cards to ensure right sizes. Here are a few things that I was able to get links for though!
-
Half-Buff Headband (colors: Orm, Wiluna Graphite, Lumirama), There are great for the many days that looking nice is not my priority!
-
Tennis Shoes- I will need to take a nice pair of shoes that will last a year. A gift card might be best for this.
-
Lightweight – no show socks (6 Pairs). I love these socks… It may be silly to have toe socks.. but they’re super comfortable!
-
Flip Flops- racers recommend these , size 8. Now, I know crocs don’t have the best reputation, but apparently these are a must have for the race. They are great for church on Sunday, but are casual enough to wear on the field too. Plus, since they’re rubber , I can use them as shower shoes too!
-
One pair of durable warm socks (like hiking socks), size 8.5 shoe
-
Just an example, doesn’t have to be exactly these. http://www.rei.com/product/752338/smartwool-margarita-socks-womens

gift cards are great for this, Academy, REI, Target

8 batteries of AA
-
8 batteries of AAA
-
charging station
-
Lifeproof Iphone 6 case- purple.
-
