Stepping Forward

 

As I said in my previous post, in about a week I will be moving down to Gainesville, GA to be a part of The Center for Global Action(CGA) at Adventures in Missions. The CGA is a discipleship program designed and organized by Adventures in Missions(AIM), the same organization that organized The World Race.

 

While down in GA I will be living in community with other men attending CGA in a house on the Lake, attending classes at the Adventures in Missions offices as well as helping out in the office for part of my day.

 

To attend CGA I must do that ‘dreaded’ thing called Fundraising.

 

 I must raise $400/month.

 

This money covers the CGA program itself, my houseing, food and my gas for commuting to and from our housing ot the offices.

 

This is an incredible deal! However because I just came back from my travels abroad, I do not have the time to save up to provide for this opportunity.

 

I am asking all of you to help me in my next steps with the Lord. It has been you who has supported me this past year in prayers, blog comments and finances, and I could not have done it without you.

 

I know this next season does not seem exciting. I am no longer holding orphans in Africa, Building churches in Haiti, Feeding children in South Africa or spreading the Gospel in the Dominican Republic. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But what I AM doing is building upon what I have learned this past year, strengthening my spiritual foundation and gaining focus for what the Lord has for my future life’s work in the Kingdom.

 

This next year will be the springboard that I will use to launch me into the Kingdom Dream that the Lord has in store for my life.

 

So I am asking you to please pray about supporting me. Not supporting what I am doing, but supporting me, Austin Ulsh in his endeavor to further the Kingdom of God on this earth. Because what I do will change with time, but my strive to further the Kingdon will not. I know the Lord has called me to missions for my life’s work.

 

 I may be the one called to be the hands and feet of the Lord in this world, but that does not mean I don’t need the rest of the body of Christ in order to work properly. I need the support of the rest of the body so that I can do what I was made for…and that is missions for the Lord.
