I’m Fully Funded!!!!
Yes you read correctly…I am Officially Fully funded!!! All I
can say is that God is SO good! I know when I first looked at the World Race
back in April 2009 one of the reasons chose not to do it was because of the
cost. Then God brought it back to my attention in August 2010 and I knew that
this is what God had planned for my life. Because of this I was not really
worried about being funded for my trip. I knew that if God brought me to
it(which I was certain of after many weeks of prayer) then He would provide. It
was more my parents and other people that were concerned about how I was going
to raise $15,500. And now low and behold here I am, only in the beginning of
month 2 on the race and I am fully funded! I wasn’t expecting to be fully
funded this soon, but I’m not complaining J
So long story short…THANK YOU!!! Thank all of you so much! While I knew that
God would provide funding for my trip, I did not know how I would raise the
money or who it would come from, and you all are the answer to that. You all
play a part in everything that I do during these 11 months. Every Child I hold, every person God uses me
to heal, every building that is constructed, you all are part of that. Not
everyone is called to go into the mission field, but as we are all one body in
Christ you have been a vital role in spreading God’s love in all the places I
have gone and will go during my World Race. Thank you so much for helping to
further the kingdom of God through this calling that God has placed on my
heart.
I would ask that you would please continue to keep me and my
team in your prayers as we do Gods work in Haiti and the next 9 countries.
Please pray for continued Health, God’s provision over us, protection again
spiritual and physical attacks and for God to work in and through us in each
country we go to.
P.S. I would like to ask for extra prayer for my one
teammate Molly. As you know I have the only married couple on the squad on my
team. A couple days before we left for the race They found out that Molly is
pregnant! This was definitely not planned, but it has been revealed that this
is totally God’s plan for their lives. I would just ask extra prayer for her
and Ty as they go through this time together, prayer for me as the leader of
the team, and Prayer for Health for Molly and protection again disease and
sickness(she is unable to take malaria meds). Thank you again so much for all
your prayer and support. I can never thank you enough J
