This test is important in allowing us to understand each of you better. The Myers Briggs is a test that focuses on how people perceive and judge their surroundings. There are four areas that are focused on: Extrovert or Introvert, Sensing or Intuition, Thinking or Feeling, and Judging or Perceiving. You can go to myersbriggs.org for more information on this type of test.
To complete this test, you will need to visit your Personal Profile Page, click on the “My Mobilization Info” tab, click on the “Personality Tests” tab where you will find this test. Please complete this personality test and be sure to save the results by clicking save at the bottom of the screen on your Personal Profile Page.
Note: The additional personality test, Leading From Your Strengths, is no longer used. Until our database is updated, please just disregard that section of your profile.
