This month my team and I have had the priveledge to partner with a World Race alumni who is now the orphan director for a team of missionaries here in Uzhhorod Ukraine.
This past Sunday at church we learned about an outreach the local church here is putting together. They want to give shoebox gifts to each of the children in orphanages around the region (Think Operation Christmas Child).
Having been in one of these orphanages already this month, I can tell you that these are precious kids who are full of joy and love. They just need someone to show that love back to them.
So on behalf of this church my team and I are asking for those of you interested to join with us. With donations made by those of you at home, we will buy the things that will fill these boxes.
Essentials like socks and toothbrushes, toys, and even some other treats.
