Welcome to my adventure on The
World Race!! I am so excited to
share with you all about my journey, the stories, and the lessons along the
way. God is moving in a new way and this is my journey of discovery of how to

Where do I start? My name is Aubrie Wooden. I grew up in a small town called
Cassopolis, Michigan on a farm where the only things that mattered were pigs
and corn, mud pies and playing house, friends and family. Now a days things seem quite
different. After graduating from
Spring Arbor University I chose to stay in Albion, Michigan to pursue God and
stay at the church that God has called me to. Life now is working at a juvenile detention center where I
am challenged daily on my character, integrity, and patience. Instead of doing daily chores I’m
teaching social skills, instead of making up stories I’m wishing that the
stories were being made up. The
teens that I am in contact with daily inspire me, frustrate me, and affect me
more then they realize. My heart
is for them.
