The World Race has turned into the greatest form of procrastination for me this semester. It's hard to focus on school when I am about to travel to 11 different countries for 11 months and then in addition I have to raise lots of money in order to go!
You try focusing on constitutional law with this going on and you tell me how it goes!
So I just wanted to update y'all on the fundraising!
Tshirt order should be placed in the next few weeks– Let me know if you'd like one so that I have an idea of how many to order. I'll put a picture up when they're finalized.

Coin drive (thanks wonderful squadmate for the idea and to those who have pledged to help)
Fundraising letters will be out THIS week so keep an eye out for those.
Working on getting artistic friends to make some beautiful artwork out for auction. Trust me, this stuff is good and if you would like to get involved in this LET ME KNOW!
Dinner at the church over Christmas break– Will be speaking about the trip and telling about the different ways to get involved
Yard sale– please let me know if you have anything that you would like to get rid of. This probably won't take place until the Spring so just keep me in mind as you start to put things away from the summer! If you'd like to give it to me now, that is fine as well. Depending on the response, I might have one in SC and WV.
Hoping to work with a couple of local bars to host a fundraising night with drink specials (if anyone has any connections, please let me know)
Also, hoping to do a restaurant take over at somepoint (Cough cough Uncle Mark)
I have raised $245 so far with an additional $1,000 pledged! Meaning I am 8% of the way there! Thanks for all that have donated already!
