GREETINGS!!
I
would like to start off with a Thank
you
for taking time to read this. As you begin to read I pray that you
are touched by the Spirit of God, that dreams and visions will come
to as I share this statement of faith and ask for your support.
I
have been in awe of God these past months and I would like to share
some things with you. I am so thankful to God as He has been using me
and teaching me about my call towards the missions field. I have just
been recently introduced to missions and I am filled with excitement!
There was an opportunity to join Adventures In Missions doing an 11
month journey to 11 countries.
“Where
in the world is Ashlie Amber Allen…?” – this goes along with the
Carmen San Diego theme song…. (Does anyone remember that?)

If
you read the “About
Me” page
you read the part where it says that for the past 2 years I have been
involved in an intern program with my church. Well… with those 2
years I have been involved in Full-time ministry at the church,
meaning I
do not have a job.
I have not had a job for 2 years. Which also means I have not had a
financial income for 2 years as well. This internship is designed for
one to put their full
trust and complete and total dependence on the Lord.
Any thing I have received has been from people, whom God has touched,
to support me with prayer, food, clothes, Starbucks, etc.
I
have had lots of family and friends ask me this question: “What
do you do for a living?” and I simply tell them, “I am
living for Jesus. I am a full-time intern at my church.” Then
they ask, “How are you making money?” Then I tell them,
“Well… I don’t.” And then I proceed to explain…
God
is SOOOO
good. When you are willing and obedient you WILL eat the good of the
land. I have tasted and seen that the Lord
is good.
I have trusted in the Lord and fed on His
faithfulness.
And I will continue to do so.
Isaiah
6:8
is reason I feel called to this next season in life. Romans
10:12-14 lays
out the confirmation…
I
have been doing fund raisers as I have been led to do such as
collecting recyclables and spare change. Also, one of which I have a

I
thank God for
this chance to change lives and I trust that He will meet my needs
for this trip. Ultimately, my prayer is that He will do that through
you. I would like to cordially
invite you
to be apart of the adventure that will entail for the next year… I
would be honored
if you could partner with me financially and prayerfully with me in
this ministry. I must raise $1400 for the year that goes directly to
AIM. This will cover all my expenses while on the field.
There
is more that I am believing for but this is the first step. As you
are prompted by the Holy Spirit to give, any amount is greatly
appreciated, and you are not on your own. If we all work together in
unity as the bible talks about, this advancement in the Kingdom will
come to pass. For example if 60 people gave $60
for about 4 months (July, August, September, October)
this trip is paid for. This is just an example that I have used but
any level of support or length of support is greatly appreciated and

I
am a living testimony to the fact the God will take you where you are
now and transform you to be the person you were called to be. I am
extremely
thankful
and expectant
for God to move in my life and in yours in this next season.
