Wherever you’re from, whatever you call it these little aluminum tabs probably don’t mean much to you. However, these little coke tabs (I’m a Georgia girl, y’all) mean more than you could imagine to people in Swaziland.
This is Manga.

Manga is a 21 year old son of God. This is where he lives.

The dump.
He makes a living by collecting things at the dump and selling them to recycling companies. Manga quickly became a dear friend to our squad. He is full of life and desires to live for the Lord. Our squad has made a commitment to helping him by collecting tabs ourselves and sending them to him via mail. This is an amazing way to tangibly help our friend! So, with that being said, I will be home in 8 weeks and imploring all of you to help! But, I figured you could go ahead and get a head start!
So many of us drink a can of coke or a beer and toss the can. Would you please help Manga by collecting your tabs and giving them to me when I get home? We all have a chance to palpably help a young man in Africa! My team has been looking crazy as we stop on the side of road just to check a tossed can for a tab. So, even if you don’t drink coke or beer, there are no excuses.
Thank you so much for your participation!!!
