Are you wondering the same thing?

Well, Saturday morning Leyna and I got to LA and spent the weekend with my good friend Natalie, I was planning on doing some sigh seeing but honestly I was too tired from being up at 3:30 so i slept. We ate some good food, re packed our bags and skyped some last good byes.

We flew from LAX to Hong Kong Sunday at midnight, it was a 14 hour flight and then with a 12 hour time change we ended up skipping all of Monday (I think) and were right up at Tuesday morning. We all crammed on a little bus and drove like an hour maybe to the ministry we are staying at. Kids International Ministrey. IT IS SO NICE, I was expecting a camp site, but it is a huge house with countless bunkbeds camp style. So far there are 20ish people here and this afternoon the rest of the R and Q squad will get here to make close to 80 people, it will get interesting. We will find out where our teams will break out into for the moneth, a few will stay here and then the rest will fly down to different parts of the island.

So yesterday after we landed and ate lunch we had the day to do whatever, they said there was an orphanage down the street, and really I did not need to hear anymore. Leyna and I just walked up, and “Nana Yoli” greeted us with huge hugs, smiles and compliments of our “beautiful pointy noses” Before we even found a chair to sit down we were handed babies and they said “oh we wil be right back!” Haha it was great, then about 5 more kids started to come out behind corners and stare at us. We spent the rest of the afternoon there playing with kids as they got out of school and such. Hope to get back there today. As for the food it is AMAZING everyone who is hosting us here is as well. Todays plans are to go to a waterfall? That is what I heard, we have a finance meeting here in a bit. Just wanted to keep you all posted and say THANK YOU for being a part in getting me here to help expand the Kingdom 🙂 I will get pictures soon, so either check back here or the Picasa album. xoxo
