Team Agape Life Song!

(Joni, Heidi, Chris, Me, Pam and Matthew)
At training camp we did several team building activities for the first few days and day 4 or 5 (I think.. its all blended together honestly!) our teams were announced! Once we knew our team we were “released” from camp for a few hours and we got to explore the ciy and just get to know eachother (without smelly sweaty clothes and rice porridge with fish head for a meal) (Oh thank you Jesus I can still taste that sweet starbucks after no coffee all week!)
So Joni is our sweet, nurtering, kind and just awesome leader. She was actually the first person I talked to when i got to camp. She reminds me of Donna, Jocelyn and Mandy for those of you who know how much I love them!
Heidi is the funniest person I know and she was also like the second person I met here at camp. One day we were doing some things with healing and restoration and man this girl ministered to me so perfectly I knew it was God speakaing through her. I can already feel the stomach aches from laughing so hard with this girl, (she reminds me of Allie and Libby for those of you who know how funny they are.)
Next up sweet Pam is another nurtering soul, she went to college and majored in missions, how cool is that? She has a powerful voice and I cant wait to see her use it in the nations.
Brother Chris is the teddy bear! He is so funny and will always take one for the team (like when he won the pie eating contest…. while forgetting he was lactose intollerent!) He is so awesome and I can’t wait to jam out on a djymbe with him.
Last but not least my brotha Matthew (or as in my head I call him John the baptist) this man can preach it! Wow, he is so knowledagble and kind. He rose up our last night and lead the men in prayer over all of the women for our squad, no words will describe how powerful that was.
So there you go, my family fore the next 11 months! Our team name has a few meanings… where it came from and why we chose it (along with what made me believe it!) that will just have to wait for a future blog post.
xoxo
