My expectations for this trip….
- To be scared
- To grow in God
- To learn things about myself that I don’t know exist
- To dig deep within my soul
- To cry
- To hurt
- To gain strength
- Become transparent to others
- To be dirty
- To be hungry
- To help
- To let my voice raise above my fears
- Talk to people I don’t know
- To worship
- Trust God and His plan
- Have fun!
- Learn to love
- Help the broken and lead the lost
- Be a light to our God
- To rely FULLY on my God
- To miss my home family and my church family
- To be challenged
- To expect the unexpected
- To pray
- Make new friends and develop new relationships
- To see God’s glory and to praise Him
- To fail
- And to succeed
- To find my purpose
I am expecting many things from this trip, but the most important ones that I am seeking is to grow closer to God, to help the lost and the broken, and to rely wholeheartedly on my Savior!!
