I’m currently enjoying debrief. Last night we had an amazing worship session. The Spirit was moving and He gave me a vision about a song we often sing. I’m going to share it with you. It goes like this; “Cause I want to rise on wings like eagles. I wanna run and never stop. I wanna climb Your holy mountain. I wanna meet with you my God!” It’s true. I want to meet with Jesus. I thought about the volcano many of my squad mates have climbed. It looks tall, really steep and something I am not really interested in climbing at this point in my life. It looks difficult, why would I put myself through that? Our life is a climb. We’re always climbing to the top but God isn’t all the way at the top coaxing us up. He’s right along side of us. We aren’t constantly running in our walk. Sometimes we aren’t even moving but it doesn’t mean Jesus left us in the dust. He’s sitting with us. He waits patiently. Even if He is the farthest from our mind. Still I find him sitting next to me. Ready to climb whenever we are ready. He’s there to show us how far we’ve come, how far we’ve climbed and how proud he is of us for getting here. He doesn’t allow us to focus on how far we are from the top. He just wants to enjoy time with us, and us enjoy time with Him.
What a day of ministry looks like

What an off day looked like

Last day of ministry: Widow Parties

Team Alvah had an amazing last month together. We get to celebrate one of our team mates becoming a squad leader and I couldn’t be prouder. Team Alvah, OUT.
