I can not even believe God has given me 50% of the money I need already.
It has only been 30 days since I put my support letters in the mail. Only 25 days since the first donation was made. (Which came from my parents. You guys rock!)
I haven’t even had any fundraisers yet. You guys!!! Thank you so much for being faithful and allowing me to be on the receiving end of your generosity. To the people I have never even met, yet because someone I know believes in me enough to share my story, you’ve supported me. Thank you. THANK YOU! To the people who believe in me enough to share my story, you’re brilliant. I could have never thought of it on my own. Thank you! To the people that support me and believe in my passion for missions and loving people around the world, thank you!
This is how I feel today, and how I felt the day I was officially accepted to join Dauntless in the World Race.
I have a big fundraiser coming up in Hudson, Ohio. This coming Sunday, May 4th from 1-6pm at Crazy But True Gourmet Popcorn. (come and get a bag of Midnight Rolo, it’s my favorite.) They are going to give me 100% of the money left in the tip jar and 50% of what ever they make that day in popcorn sales. What a blessing they have been to do this for me. Did I mention that I’m a frequent customer? I mean, this is good stuff!
My last big fundraiser is in Linesville, PA. Sunday, June 1st from 12:30-2pm at Linesville First Baptist Church. Come out and grab a baked potato from our potato bar and a sweet from our bake sale. All for donation only, all proceeds will go to my World Race fund. A huge thank you to Dave Ray from Ray’s Market Place in Linesville for donating the potatoes and toppings at price and allowing us to use his ovens to bake all the potatoes.
I can not thank each and every person who reads this blog enough. If you read it because you’re interested in my story or you’re a supporter or you’re praying for you, I’m thankful for all of you. I’m so glad God chose me to do His kingdom work around the world.
