So at the beginning of February, I asked God for something truly CRAZY>> TO BE FULLY FUNDED BY FEB. 23!!
Of course, I knew that with God all things are possible. That even the things that seem the most crazy and impossible ARE TRULY POSSIBLE with Him.
Well, February 23rd was quickly approaching, and I was still $4200 away from the $10,500 deadline. Then Sunday February 19 came around and I checked my account, through donations from you I was only about $2300 away. A friend offered to do a dollar for dollar donation match. And if that donation match was fulfilled, I would truly be fulled funded. Well, within 2-3 days, what I thought was impossible happened. It was February 22st and from pledges, messages from people saying they had sent in money, and looking at my account, I could see that I was FULLY FUNDED and it was only FEBRUARY 22!!!! CrAZY!! AND THAT WAS THROUGH ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!
I wish there were enough words in the world to truly tell you how thankful I am for you.
Truly, if I could, I would come to each of you and give you a great big hug and just pour out my thanks to you.
If I had all the words I wanted….
I would tell you how deeply LOVED I know I am by each and every one of you and how much I love and appreciate each one of you.
I would tell you how THANKFUL I am.
I would tell you how much YOU have shown me about my life throughout this journey; and how I’ve absolutely adored having each one of you along for this journey with me.
I would tell you how I could not have done this, could not have stayed here where God has called me to be, without YOU!
I would tell you how much MORE there is in store for the rest of the 4.5 months left on the Race.
God still has people He wants me to love on, to experience life with, to laugh and smile with, to dance and sing with, to pray with, to listen to, to share stories with. He still has people that need to hear about the unfailing love He has for them. He still has people He is going to heal and He wants US to be a part of it. He and I still have a lot of discovering to do about faith, about who I am, and just what lies ahead.
I ask our gracious and loving God to bless you abundantly for everything that you have given, sacrificed, and done so that I may stay here, where God has called me to be. I want to invite YOU to continue in this journey with me, it’s a complete honor and blessing to me.
