Just wanted to send a quick update!
Where am I?
currently i am in gainesville, Atlanta chilling with a bunch of my lovely squadmates waiting for the rest of our squad to arrive before we head to a place called Little Mexico where we'll spend the rest of the week in training. We haven't been told exactly what day we'll leave to fly to Romania, but from what I gather I think it'll be at the end of the week.
How am i doing?
Well, to be honest… saying goodbye to a ton of people you love dearly and embracing change all at once is a big thing to swallow. When i first arrived yesterday, I just was slightly overwhelmed and wanted to immediately go back to the comforts I know. Went through some finance training today and was a little worried about the responsbility I'll have for the next year. But i'm also stoked to just walk with the Lord through this journey of healing, embracing, and just falling deeper in love with the Lord and in community with my new friends.
Funds:
I am just shocked at how the Lord continues to provide. I am currently at $7760 which means i'm only $2740 away from my next deadline on Dec. 1. Please continue to uplift me and my squadmates up, that God will open the flood gates and poor in the finances we need, in His perfect way and time.
Prayer requests:
+peace: that I would embrace where God has me and sit in His peace, knowing, believing, AND trusting that He's totally got this all under control and all i have to do is walk with Him.
+TeamFIERCE: that as my team and i gather all together for the first time again that God would just bless our relationships and friendships with one another and that we would embrace one another in the way God sees and loves us.
Miss you all sooooooooooooooooooo stinking much. Seriously. Thanks for being in this with me. I couldn't (and wouldn't want to) do this alone. Love you!
