If you were to ask me my favorite continent so far on the
race I’d say Africa with no hesitation. I love
that place. I’m pretty sure parts of my heart were left there. The people are
so friendly. So hospitable. So loving. And a living testimony of how God can
get you through anything at anytime.

We left Uganda
a week or so ago where we started as strangers and left a family. My team and I
were blessed with AMAZING contacts while in Uganda. Pastor Joseph and his wife,
Beatrice, really live out the Bible and showed us an amazing love. Their church
was so welcoming and all the members touched my life in one way or another. We
were able to minister door-to-door everyday where we say around 100 people come
to Christ and then attend church services. It was an incredible month and God
is really doing great things in that community.

So, I miss Africa a lot. But
I am so excited to see how God uses us this month in India. It’s going to be great. For
my last African blog I’d like to share a video that my teammate, Michelle Cook,
put together showcasing some of the highlights of life in Uganda. Our
last day there we got to visit and orphanage which broke my heart. You’ll see
why in the video…ENJOY!
