Out of the Box

 

 

For the past three days we’ve been helping out ICM with
their Academy for pastors. It has been very encouraging to see how ICM is
teaching and leading area pastors so that they can go out and serve their
communities. Last night we had a chance to worship with the pastors and that
was a rocking great time. While worshiping with the Filipinos, I realized that
I needed to let God out of the box I was containing him in. Sometimes I get
wrapped up in myself and my lifestyle and forget that our God is a God of the
Universe…not just the United
States. It was beautiful watching these
pastors raise their hands in worship singing in a language I couldn’t
understand but God hears our prayers, praises, and worship no matter what
language or tongue we are using. How cool is that?

Thank you God for being so much bigger and greater than
anything I could ever imagine!
