Awaken Your Power and Take Control

It is the night before training camp and I sit awake, my mind is racing and it is really getting way too late.  I lay here in bed with a future world racer, (Cayla Lockhart) laughing and thinking and contemplating what could this next week possibly bring?  I have no expectations going in, I have an open mind and am looking forward to what it is the Lord will do. 

On the drive down to Georgia, I let Cayla, pick the music we were going to listen to. She went old school on me. Natalie Grant. It has been years since I had listened to her music, but wow was it ever what I needed to hear on my drive to training camp.  She sings a song called Awaken, I wanted to share some of the lyrics with you as they have stirred my heart over the past few days.
