I do not take the responsibility of representing Christ and his body lightly, and I appreciate your trust and encouragement. We desire to be good stewards of your generosity, so please contact me with questions about financial donations. Here’s some basic information about World Race costs and donations:
Total Cost: $14,300 (Includes airfare and transportation to and within countries, room and board). I can raise beyond this amount to cover airfare expenses (to training, launch, or home due to emergency while on the field), immunizations, medical insurance, and visas required prior to departure.
Financial Deadlines for the World Race:
- $1,000 – Training Camp (July 2010)
- $7,000 – one month prior to the trip (August 2010)
- $8,500 – one week prior to Launch (end of August 2010)
- $11, 500 – end of month three on the field (November 2010)
- $14, 300 – end of month six on the field (February 2011)
