I've always hated asking for help. From anyone. That is one of the things I've been trying to work on. I mean, sure I can ask for small favors. But most of the time, for things that really matter, I keep things to myself. It is just really hard for me to put my trust in someone. So, this is one of the hardest tests that God has put me through.
I've been having trouble asking for support. It's hard enough for me to actually swallow my pride and go up to someone and ask for help supporting my ministry financially. Even with the very few people that I do trust, familiy and friends. So far, I've been getting a lot of, "We can offer you our prayers. But we cannot commit financially". My faith is really being put to the test.
So, fellow racers and people of the interwebs, I plead for prayers to lead me to the right people who God has given the desire to support my ministry. . And prayers that God call out to people to help me in this ministry. I'll be praying for all of you fellow racers as well.
DEADLINES will be met! In Jesus name!
