Last. Day. On. The. Race.

I know according to my blogs I’m only in month 9, but today
(November 18th) is my last day on this crazy adventure I started on
nearly 11 months ago.

I honestly didn’t
think I would make it this far…

It has been hard, great, funny, depressing, wonderful,
awful, and frustrating all at the same time. I will walk away from this with
lifelong family, not just friends. I will walk away with a completely changed
worldview, one that will never forget the widow or the orphan & just focus
on my self.

I’m nervous, excited and scared about what is next for me in
life. I have a few ideas, but am still in the process of seeking the Lord to
see what He wants. For now, I am simply ready to see my family and eat some
turkey J

Thank you so much to everyone who helped me on this journey,
for praying for me every step of the way and just being a voice of comfort when
I felt like I had none. Can’t believe I’m almost home!
