Each women was handpicked by God himself to be on this team.
Allow me to introduce you to the five women that I will be serving with for the next few months.
First off…
Jess Eischens
Jess' smile is magical.
It has the ability to make you feel safe, believed in, cared for, and supported in a single flash.
And the best part is that she is always smiling.
Jess has been working as a journalist for a travel company and is a reflective person.
She is 25 years old, and comes Minnesota from a family of 5 that is oddly similar to my own.
She is a treasure and already my "go-to person".
I am so thankful for her.

Morgan Malone
Morgan radiates life
She is 22 years old from North Carolina.
She answered my prayer of having a team lavished in laughter
She is the most encouraging person I have ever met and is constantly affirming.
Jessica Calvin
(not to be confused with Jess)
Jessica is incredibly WISE
In her 29 years, she has had a wide range of experiences- from working with Autistic children to bartending, she has seen much of both the good and evil in the world and from that carries profound insight.
Jessica is marked by great faith and a sensitivty to the Holy Spirit.
She sold everything she owned to be here. I have much to learn from this woman.

Amber Pomeroy
Amber loves children.
She spent a year in Africa working with orphans and studying missional and Biblical studies.
Amber is someone that you can trust.
She fights for people.
She is humble, loyal and kind.
She doesn't need center stage, but will work her butt off and give all that she has without complaint.

And finanlly…
Amanda Tuten
Amanda is FUN.
She is passionate about art and photography.
She is spunky.
She is 26 and has been living in New York City
Loves to cook, sing, craft, and laugh.
She is honest and genuine and extremely empathetic
She makes you FEEL understood.
These are the incredible women that I was asked to lead this next few months.
Seriously God?! Lead?
I really think he likes to use the shrimpiest of them all in order to display his own greatness.
And all I can say is that I am so humbled and so honored. And that I will fight for these women, and encourage these women, and serve these women, love these women, affirm these women, and believe in these women with all my heart.
Already in Chicago He is doing great things through this team and in this team.
He has divine purpose in us. We fit together beautifully- each complementing and drawing out the strengths of the others.
With God as our banner, we make a mighty team indeed.
